TRAINING:
Our lead technician holds a B.S. degree in electrical engineering. In addition, employees attend ongoing training from advanced manufacturers' courses.

RELIABILITY:
Our state of the art 24 hour monitoring station, monitors your business or residence and notifies the proper authorities in case of emergency. Notification of Police and Fire Departments, as well as neighbors, is immediate. Hitek's redundant monitoring facility tells authorities exactly where an alarm was tripped and how, which improves safety and response times.

SERVICE:
Hitek maintains a large security equipment inventory. With this large inventory, we can provide fast installations and fast delivery and shipping of equipment. In addition, replacement equipment is on hand for quick, last-minute repairs. SECURITY:
All employees are licensed, insured and fingerprinted. In addition background checks are performed yearly along with 12 hour minimum of training. All technicians are certified by the State.
